“ A 5-minute walk from Shirate Station on the Nambu Line. A popular yakiniku restaurant using Saga beef. It's best to make a reservation in advance, as it can be difficult to get in if you show up on the day. The restaurant has both table and tatami seating, so you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. There are two semi-private seats, some of which are like counter seats, with some seats side by side, giving it a more private feel, making it ideal for those who want to enjoy a meal alone without worrying about others, or for dates. The meat here is impressive in that each cut is large. The meat is also very tender, making this one of my favorite restaurants. I recommend the beef tongue and skirt steak. Both are thick and tender, and are dishes I always order every time I go. If you like salads, the choregi salad is also recommended. The portions are large, so you can start with a salad before eating the meat. ”

I had heard that the Saga beef and thick-sliced salted tongue are popular, and that the other meats are also tasty, and that the restaurant is incredibly smoky. In the end, everything was incredibly delicious, and the value for money was excellent Overall, it ranks highly among all the yakiniku restaurants I've been to so far. I understand that there will be smoke as it is a yakiniku restaurant, but if you are concerned about it, you can either wear appropriate clothing or use a deodorizing spray after you get home, as the deliciousness of the meat will outweigh the smoke, so I definitely recommend giving it a try. The restaurant was lively with many young, male and female staff, and the restaurant was clean. I'd love to come again after work before my day off, or on the weekend! ”

What I ordered ・Kalbi ・Loin ・Skirt Steak ・Outside Skirt Steak ・Tongue ・Choregi Salad ・Kimchi ・Soup Bowl Every single piece of meat here was so delicious I usually get heartburn after eating yakiniku because of the fat, but even though I ate a ton here, it didn't make me sick at all, and I ended up overeating... Their meat is really high quality. The soup bowl I finished off with was a little spicy, but the gentle, soothing flavor was addictive! It was delicious ⁡ ”
